Commissioning and savings evaluation
Card extraction delay, return to room, use of cleaning staff, and behavior after power outage are tested. For comfort, air conditioning can be managed with appropriate control permission or standby temperature rather than being stopped suddenly. Savings are measured on consumption records normalized by occupancy and operating time; Simply installing an energy saver does not provide a constant savings rate.
