What data is collected and by what method?

When accessing the site, IP address, requested page, access time and browser information are automatically processed through server access records. When you contact us by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp, the name, company, contact information and request content you share are obtained through the relevant communication channel. The quick request form information on the site is converted into a WhatsApp message draft in your browser; The form itself does not save this information to the Fetrion server. When you open the WhatsApp link, the draft information is transmitted to the WhatsApp service; You need to send the message for it to reach the Fetrion team.

Processing purposes and legal grounds

Information required to respond to your request, prepare an offer and carry out pre-contractual transactions within the scope of KVKK article 5/2(c); Records required for legal obligations are within the scope of Article 5/2(ç); Information required for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right may be processed within the scope of 5/2(e). Access records for site security and prevention of abuse are evaluated within the scope of legitimate interest in accordance with 5/2(f), provided that they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Optional analytics, advertising and embedded third-party content will only work if you activate your relevant preference.

Buyers and external services

The data is processed by authorized company employees necessary to fulfill the request; It may be transferred to relevant service providers for the provision of hosting and communication services, or to authorized public institutions when there is a legal obligation. When Google and Meta services are used, IP, browser and usage data may be processed by these providers and may be processed abroad. Cookie preference does not mean that it fulfills the transfer conditions required under Article 9 of the KVKK. Store and delete

Data is kept for the period necessary for the purpose of processing and the relevant legal retention obligations. The period varies depending on the nature of the request, the contract and the dispute. When the processing conditions no longer exist, the relevant data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Your rights and application

In accordance with Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed or not, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing and its appropriate use, to know the domestic/international recipients, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to delete or destroy it when the conditions are met, and to notify recipients of these transactions, to object to the result against you, exclusively as a result of automatic analysis, and to request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing. You can submit your application in writing to the company address, stating your identity and request, or by other application methods accepted in the legislation. You can also apply to info@fetrion.com via the e-mail address you have previously provided and registered in our system. Applications are finalized within thirty days at the latest; necessary authentication can be made.
