Manufacturer control and high-level automation
The device's own control can manage the compressor, combustion or freeze protection. Upper automation can send run permission, target temperature or request signal; Which commands are supported is checked in the device documentation. Manufacturer protections are not bypassed with an external controller.
Cascade and hydraulic layout
Points such as return and return temperature, outside air and tank temperature are selected according to the control scenario. Equipment stages, minimum operating times and heating-cooling transitions are defined. The pump, valve and hydraulic balance are evaluated together with the control; Incorrect installation layout cannot be corrected with software parameters.
Monitoring and maintenance records
Operating hours, number of on-off cycles, malfunctions and selected temperatures assist in maintenance inspection. Exact energy efficiency cannot be derived from on-screen operating time unless electricity or fuel consumption is measured separately. In the acceptance test, demand increase, equipment failure and backup device activation are verified.
